Consular visit to Port of Spain from October 18 to 21, 2021

The French Embassy to the OECS Member States and to Barbados, in residence in Saint Lucia informs you that a consular visit will be organized in Port of Spain from October 18 to 21, 2021 to receive passport applications from the French nationals. No ID card or visa applications, or any other transaction can be processed on this occasion.

The rates for administrative acts are as follows:

  • Adult passport: 787 TTD (equivalent to 96 euros)
  • Passport for a minor (15 years and over): 427 TTD (equivalent to 52 euros)
  • Passport for a minor (under 15 years old): 222 TTD (equivalent to 27 euros )

Please note that only cash payments will be accepted and we thank you for coming with the exact amount in Trinidadian dollars (it will not be possible to give back change).

Passport applications for children below 12 years of age may be submitted during this visit, in the presence of the child concerned and at least one of the parents.

Supporting Documents (original + a photocopy for all documents )

  • Copy of your expired passport
  • One colour passport sized photo 3.5 x 4.5 cm matching the following specifications:
  • Proof of residence ( utility bill mentioning applicant’s name/name of parent in case of a minor)
  • Recent copy of your birth certificate with a validity of less than 3 months in the case of a first application
  • A letter signed and dated by the other parent authorizing the renewal of the passport if he/she is not present at the interview (in the case of a minor)
  • Parent’s ID (in the case of a minor)
  • Passport fee in cash
  • In the case of minors, the height (in centimeters) must be provided
